This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Most clients are doing this for the first time, so there’s no need to worry about posing or being “photogenic.” I’ll gently guide you and create a calm, relaxed space so you can feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel expenses refer to additional transportation time and distance if a session takes place outside my usual service area. Most sessions near where you’re staying on Maui are fully included. If a location requires extra travel, I’ll always communicate this clearly beforehand.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Yes. I choose locations based on where you’ll be staying, keeping things simple and comfortable. Maui offers beautiful beaches, lush nature, and quiet spots nearby, and I’ll suggest a location that fits your vision while minimizing travel.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Maui weather can shift quickly, and that flexibility often works in our favor. If conditions aren’t ideal, we can adjust timing, move to a nearby sheltered location, or reschedule if needed. I’ll always stay in communication and help choose the best option so the experience feels easy and stress-free.
